Initial Architectural Design
Before a single wall goes up, we're already at the table. We review floor plans, room dimensions, and flow with your architect, checking every decision against how the space will actually get built and lived in. This is where the expensive mistakes get caught early, while they're still just lines on paper. It's also where a home starts to feel considered as a whole, planned deliberately before anything gets built.

Interior Design & Material Selection
This is where the house starts to feel like yours. We select every fixture, finish, and material with two things in mind at once, how it looks and what it costs to get it right. Our trade relationships mean beautiful, well made choices without an unlimited budget. Every selection is also checked against the construction plan, so nothing gets specified that can't actually be installed the way it was drawn.

Design Implimentation
We stay just as involved once construction starts as we were during design. We work directly with your general contractor and subcontractors to make sure what gets built matches what was drawn, and we do site visits along the way to catch problems while they're still easy to fix. A cabinet that doesn't quite fit, a detail that got lost in translation, we're there to solve it before it becomes your problem to solve alone.

Post Construction Furnishing
The last phase is where the house becomes a home. We source and place furniture, art, and every finishing layer so the space finally matches the vision we started with months earlier. Each piece is chosen specifically for this room and this family, right down to details most guests won't consciously notice. This is also the moment our clients usually forget every headache it took to get here, because the house finally looks the way they imagined it.
